If you own a Zebra ZC300, match replacement supplies to the complete printer model and the ribbon part number. The Amazon listings identify 800300-350 and 800300-550 as full-color YMCKO ribbons for the ZC300, with different published print counts. The listing for 800300-360 identifies a YMCKOK ribbon. The extra black panel is relevant when you print color on the front and black on the back.
For cards, Zebra specifies PVC or PVC composite stock within its stated size and thickness limits. For cleaning, Zebra lists several cleaning-card pack sizes. An aftermarket kit that mentions the same number is a separate product from the maker’s kit, so check the seller’s description before ordering.
The guidance below follows Zebra’s ZC100/ZC300 user guide and its linked support guidance. Amazon listing descriptions were checked on September 30, 2026. For every linked part, check the current price on Amazon. Keep the part number in your order notes so the next person ordering supplies can repeat the purchase.
The ribbon rows identify exact parts from Amazon listing descriptions, except the half-panel row, which follows Zebra’s support guidance. Zebra identifies the cleaning-kit numbers in its own cleaning article. The linked cleaning products are identified by their seller descriptions. A matching reference number does not establish that another brand is Zebra OEM.
| Part number | Type according to the named source | Published yield or card specification | What to check before ordering |

| 104524-101 | Zebra identifies Premier Plus PVC composite cards | Zebra lists 30 mil in its card-stock documentation | Confirm plain stock rather than a magnetic-stripe variant |

The Amazon listing for 800300-350 states YMCKO and 200 prints, while the listing for 800300-550 states YMCKO and 300 prints. Both listings identify the ZC300. Match the ribbon number before comparing the count, since searching only for “Zebra color ribbon” can bring up another printer family’s supplies.
Zebra’s ZC300 specification sheet lists separate YMCKO capacities and a YMCKOK option. The Amazon 800300-360 listing identifies YMCKOK with 200 prints. The extra K is a second resin black panel. Choose the panel arrangement for your existing badge layout, especially if you print information on the reverse side.
Don’t treat the published print count as a promise of that many finished badges with color on both sides. A front-color and back-black job is different from a job with color on both sides. Tell your supplier what you print on each side before changing the ribbon type. If you already have a working setup, keeping its part number is a clearer starting point than buying whichever listing advertises more prints.
The Amazon 800300-350 and 800300-550 packages each mention a Volty ID software demo card. A demo is not evidence of a permanent design-software license. If you only need a replacement ribbon, keep using your existing badge application and judge the order by the ribbon identity and package contents.

Zebra’s half-color printing guidance identifies 800300-370 as half-panel YMCKO with 400 prints. Zebra explains that the color panels are half length while the black panel is full length. The ribbon is intended for a different color layout from a full-panel ribbon.
A half-panel ribbon can explain why only part of a card prints in color. Before buying one, check where your design requires color. A higher published count does not make half-panel stock suitable for a design that needs full color across the card. Zebra’s guidance identifies 800300-350 for full-color card printing.
Zebra’s ribbon troubleshooting article identifies the wrong printer model and custom ribbon coding as checks for an incompatible-ribbon error. Compare the complete number on the box with the supply specified for your unit. Keep any suffix when asking the seller to confirm fit.
Zebra says in its specification sheet that the ZC300 is designed for genuine Zebra ribbons, with availability varying by region. Don’t assume that a ZC100 cartridge, a ZC350 cartridge or an LT package fits a standard ZC300 because the cartridge looks similar. A seller’s list of printer names needs to cover the exact model you own.
Zebra’s user guide specifies PVC or PVC composite cards from 10 to 40 mil thick. It lists CR80 at 2.125 by 3.375 inches and CR70 at 2.051 by 3.303 inches. Check the printable material as well as the size. A card advertised only as “plastic” does not give enough information to confirm compatibility. Zebra’s specification sheet names the smaller size “CR79”, so order by the user guide’s stated dimensions of 2.051 by 3.303 inches for CR70 and 2.125 by 3.375 inches for CR80.
For a plain badge, start by matching the stock used in your existing job. In its supplies information, Zebra identifies 104523-111 as white PVC, 30 mil, 500 cards per box. The Amazon listing for the same number describes a pack of 100. Order by the seller’s stated package quantity rather than assuming every offer contains the maker’s box quantity.
Zebra’s card-stock documentation identifies 104524-101 as Premier Plus PVC composite, 30 mil. That document describes the stock identity, not a separate ZC300 compatibility approval. The material and thickness agree with the ZC300 user guide’s accepted range. Don’t replace a composite order with plain PVC merely because both are white cards of the same thickness.
Special card formats need an extra check. Zebra’s ZC300 specification sheet also names CR79 and gives a separate qualification for spot-color or monochrome printing on certain card stock. If you use thin or adhesive cards, confirm the full card specification and intended printing mode with Zebra or your supplier. The ordinary 30-mil CR80 choice does not establish that every specialty card will suit the same job.
Printing a visible badge is separate from programming an access credential. Zebra’s user guide describes magnetic and smart-card encoding options. Confirm which encoder your printer has and which credential your access system accepts before ordering chip or magnetic-stripe cards. Plain white PVC cards should not be substituted for an encoded credential solely because the dimensions match.
Zebra’s cleaning guidance identifies 105999-310 with two cards, 105999-311 with five and 105999-312 with 100. The numbers refer to different pack sizes. Match the required number and quantity when ordering, and check whether the listing describes a Zebra kit or another brand’s compatible replacement.
The Amazon DuraClean 105999-311 listing states compatibility with the ZC100, ZC300 and ZC350 and lists five cleaning cards. DuraClean is an aftermarket option. Its use of Zebra’s reference number does not establish Zebra manufacture or approval. Check the current price on Amazon and confirm that you want the aftermarket package before ordering.
The Amazon listing for 105999-310 describes a DuraClean two-card kit. It is also aftermarket, rather than a confirmed Zebra OEM package. Buy 105999-310 on Amazon. Buy 105999-311 on Amazon.
Zebra’s user guide says the cleaning indicator flashes amber when cleaning is required. Follow the printer’s cleaning prompts, using the LCD Tools menu or the driver’s Help & Support cleaning control. A cleaning card is maintenance material, not blank badge stock. Keep cleaning cards separate from the cards loaded for printing.
Zebra also describes separate printhead cleaning for persistent deposits. Its user guide specifies foam-tipped, alcohol-moistened swabs, with the printer switched off, and a drying time of two to three minutes before turning it on. Follow the maker’s procedure rather than using an improvised tool to scrape the printhead.
Use the ZC300 driver and the design application already configured for your printer. Zebra’s troubleshooting guidance distinguishes an incompatible ribbon from a color-detection or authentication problem. Repeatedly buying another cartridge will not address every cause listed in that guidance.
For a ribbon problem, note the error shown on the printer and follow the corresponding Zebra instructions. The maker includes firmware updating among the possible actions for color-detection failure. That is a troubleshooting step, not evidence that every replacement ribbon requires a particular new firmware version. Check the current support instructions for your unit before updating.
Zebra describes CardStudio as design and issuance software in its QuikCard solution. A replacement ribbon order does not establish that CardStudio is included. Keep the distinction between the printer driver, your design application and any demo card in a ribbon bundle when planning the order.
Confirm the exact ribbon against your exact unit before ordering. Zebra’s troubleshooting guidance tells owners to check the printer model and custom ribbon part number when the printer reports an incompatible ribbon. A shared brand or similar model name is not enough to establish fit.
Keep any suffix in the part number when asking your supplier. Don’t shorten an LT package name to “Zebra ribbon” and assume that the standard ZC300 will accept it.
The manufacturer’s stock identity and the seller’s package quantity are separate details. Zebra describes 104523-111 in a 500-card box, while the Amazon listing describes a pack of 100. Check the quantity of the specific order you are placing.
Apply the same check to cleaning supplies. Zebra assigns separate numbers to its two-card, five-card and 100-card cleaning kits. Another brand’s use of one reference number still needs a check of the stated contents.
