This Privacy Policy explains what information badgeprinterhelp.com (the “Site”) collects, why, and what choices you have.
Who we are
The Site is operated by VoidXD S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Information we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record technical data for every request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use it to keep the Site secure and working, and we delete it after a short period, normally within 14 days.
- Contact form. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, and we use them only to reply to you.
- Comments. If comments are open and you leave one, we store your name, email address, IP address and the comment itself.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Cookies
The Site uses functional cookies set by WordPress, for example to remember your details if you leave a comment, and Google Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Site: pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device and browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. It receives your IP address and the cookie data described above; Google’s use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
When you click a link to Amazon or another retailer, that retailer may set its own cookies on its own website so it can credit us for a purchase. Those cookies are governed by the retailer’s privacy policy, for example Amazon’s Privacy Notice.

Affiliate links
The Site contains affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. When you follow one, the retailer knows you came from our Site. We do not receive any personal information about you or your purchase, only an aggregated report of the commissions earned. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Site: our hosting provider in the European Union; Cloudflare, which delivers the Site and protects it against attacks and therefore processes your IP address; and Google Analytics, which measures how the Site is used. They process data only to provide their services to us.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site (server logs and usage statistics), and on your consent or request when you contact us or leave a comment.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a short period, normally up to 14 days. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on them. Comments are kept for as long as they are published.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, write to us through our contact page. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or the authority in your own country.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
